Todd Malloy

Director of Brewing Operations

Philosophy:The freshest beer is brewed and served right here!

Background: Todd graduated from New England College with a bachelor’s in Business Administration/Operations Management. He also minored in biology/microbiology. He began his career at Glenwood Canyon Brewing Company in 2000 and completed his brewing education at Siebel Institute of Technology in 2001. Five years later, Todd headed west to Firestone Walker Brewing Company, helping them grow their operations from 30,000 bbl to 250,000 bbl. In 2008 Todd completed his Diploma in Brewing from the Institute of Brewing and continued with Firestone Walker as QC-Staff Brewmaster until 2014. He is extremely honored to be at Glenwood Canyon Brewing Company!

Favorite Beer Styles:Vienna- Style Lager, Bohemian–Style Pilsner and American IPA.

Chuck-Final

Chuck Campagna

Lead Brewer

Philosophy:Beer, best enjoyed with friends and family.

Background:Chuck began as an apprentice brewer at Glenwood Canyon Brewing Company in 2007. He attended Siebel Institute of Technology in 2008. In 2011, Chuck brewed our Storm King Dunkel Lager and walked away with a gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival. Later in 2011, Chuck became the Head Brewer at Rifle Brewing Company until his return to Glenwood Canyon Brewing in 2014. When Chuck is away from the brewery he can be found in the gym, or relaxing with his wife and his boy!

Favorite Beer Styles:American Pale Ale, Marzen and Doppelbock

Cody-FinalCody Nelson

Brewer

Philosophy: Brewing isn’t just my occupation, it’s my passion.

Background:Cody is a Glenwood Springs native. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science from Southern Arkansas University he began his brewing career at 75th Street Brewing Company in Kansas City, Missouri. He was responsible for all facets of the brewing operation in this renowned, high volume brewpub. When Cody isn’t in the brewery he can be found traveling the world, playing golf, climbing or rafting!
